Our Philosophy

Mill City Ventures III, Ltd., is a non-bank lender and specialty finance company located in Wayzata, Minnesota. We aim to please…both our borrowers and, most importantly, our stakeholders. We usually loan to private companies. We bring the cash necessary for borrowers to fund their operations whether it’s real estate bridge mortgages and loans, cash for operations or general purpose loans with sufficient collateral. Our goal is to achieve above market returns for our investors while working diligently to mitigate our investor risk. The company management has the unique ability to please both of these interested parties.
